This project is a portable ultrasonic distance measuring instrument. The basic principle of the distance measurement of the ultrasonic range finder is transit time method. Ultrasonic emission module design the CD4069 push-pull circuit of double power supply of a 15V/5V switchable, can regulate the ultrasonic emission power, to achieve to reduce blind spots, increasing the range. The ultrasonic receiving module uses the CX20106A integrated chip to form the receiving circuit, and simultaneously reduces the volume of the distance measuring instrument while satisfying the function. In order to improve the measurement accuracy, this design uses the DS18B20 temperature sensor for temperature correction of sound velocity, but also introduces a calibration parameter, which can be used to calibrate the transit time. The LCD display can display the function menu as well as the real time measured distance value and the temperature value. Alarm module will be given to the user when ranging over range. At the same time, the project is based on the C language design and hardware supporting software program, the schematic and printed circuit board drawing. The experimental results show that the measurement parameters of the ultrasonic distance measuring instrument can meet the requirements of the task. The ultrasonic distance measuring instrument has certain practicality and popularization value.
