This does not require you to resign any paperwork as the signed documents already include minor changes. I have called out the changes clearly highlighted below in blue and attached the documents for your easy access. If you have any concerns or questions about the modifications, please feel free to reach out to me. As a reminder the Term Sheet Agreement and all Exhibits can be found on the “ppivendor” FTP folder to access at any time (directions on access to this folder is located in the Term Sheet Agreement, #17).
