Procedure Details1. Retrieve the cash float from Lobby Safety Deposit Box room and lock it into driveway welcome booth.2. When a guest arrives with own vehicle, security team member will guide the guest to park the car at the designated parking slot at hotel driveway to ensure that hotel driveway traffic can support normal traffic of incoming and outgoing vehicles. 3. Accompany the guest to drive down to basement if necessary.4. Check the car plate number with the complimentary list and remark on the parking slot registration ticket if it is complimentary.5. If not on the list, a parking slot registration ticket will be issued with arrival date and time printed; and provide the ticket end to the guest.6. Driveway Handling Fee will be explained to the guest and the liability of the vehicle will be reminded.7. Mark down the car plate number and parking location on the parking slot registration ticket.8. When the guest returns with the ticket, calculate and collect Driveway Handling Fee if there is no stamp from Food & Beverage Department.9. Accompany the guest to basement to collect the vehicle if necessary.10. Bid farewell the guest and ensure that the guest drives away smoothly.11. Lock the cash received into the cash float at the driveway welcome booth.12. When all vehicles have departed, calculate the cash received and verify with the amount of parking slot registration ticket issued.13. Issue a miscellaneous voucher and mark the total amount of revenue.14. Attach all issued parking slot registration ticket to the said miscellaneous voucher and pass it to Front Desk team member with the cash received.15. Count the cash float to ensure that the amount is intact with opening balance.16. Lock the cash float into Lobby Safety Deposit Box room.17. A log book will be kept regarding daily parking record including information but not limited to vehicle arrival time, departure time, car plate number, and driveway handling fee amount collected.
