12.5 All rights, benefits and oblig

12.5 All rights, benefits and obligations of a Party that have not been exercised or performed prior to termination, or the rights of a Party arising from a claim or application of remedy due to a breach of this Agreement that has not been implemented prior to the termination of this Agreement shall not be affected, and the provisions relating to the termination including compensation, ownership and intellectual property rights will survive the termination of this Agreement.
