Continuum:
Perception continuum: how we think about things?
Processing continuum: how we do things?
How we think and do things result in 4 learning styles and formulate into a 4 stages of continuous learning cycle.
Experience is translated through reflection into concepts, which in turn are used as guides for active experimentation and the choice of new experiences.
Kolb expressed that “cycle” of learning is a central principle for “observations and reflections” on immediate or concrete experiences.
Later, these observations and reflections are distilled and assimilated into “abstract concepts”.
