I don't usually like to put down an establishment but I feel that we need to ensure other people understand what happens. Firstly the staff who look after you are definitely amazing however the management of bookings is appalling. After saving for a year for a holiday where you booked back in April 2015 for January 2016 because you know it's high season and to arrive after searching the Web using photo's and descriptions it's important to deliver on a customer expectations. We specifically wanted a two bedroom villa. Villa is as far as we understood is a self contained building & as the pictures show in their advertising. On arrival we could already tell something was up even though speaking in Thai. We were advised they didn't have a villa but as they had three locations and one was new they felt this would be good. Of course we'd already paid and said ok show us. Yes it had two bedrooms yes it was modern and new but was tiny & was a suite in a hotel like complex with neighbouring walls. It had no ambience or personalisation to make it feel warm. Seating area outside tiny and having a small child means late evenings are at the accommodation. Oscar Pool Villa is one of their 3 locations along with Oscar villas and a long term accommodation. We asked if there was anywhere else they could show us and ended up at their long term venue. It was older style furnishing, linen etc 1 star imo but a villa with two bedrooms, and a good outside seating area. We stay there but found the shower freezing complained and they forgot to do anything until my husband went down and complained again so we got moved to the next villa again. Three moves in 4 days. It surviced but honestly very disappointing. What is worst that the three other people we talked to exactly the same things happened to them. Even whilst sitting waiting at check out the same thing was happening to a family. They over book and just shuffle you to somewhere.Not recommened.
