Michael, Document 0000-EL-REQ-54120-01 requires that all ICCP and SACP are to be provided with isolation flange and spark gap.Your remark below is not in line with this requirement. If you intent to deviate, please provide a clear instruction to all EC’s where and when isolation flange and spark gap are to be installed.With an ambiguous definition the resulting counts have no value. In SPPID the isolation flanges are identified as “Isolation flange kit”In SP3D the isolation flanges are identified as “Isolation kit” and identified in isometrics accordingly.See attached the listings extracted from SP3D, dated today.They add up to 939….. If you can provide a clear instruction/definition, then I will instruct the EC’s to have the P&ID‘s, the 3D model/Iso’s and the resulting MTO’s aligned. The option to reduce the spark gaps by clustering may be a next step, once the basis is correct. Regards,
