针对移动终端观看视频会产生庞大的数据流量，耗电量极大的问题，本文提出了一种新颖的采集ppt视频的方法，它采用了减小帧率的方法。此外，针对教学视频中用户需要同时观看两路视频的需求，提出了一种视频同步的方法，该方法基于JW Player提供的API，拓展了播放器的功能。实验证明，新的ppt采集方法可以明显的减小ppt视频流量，视频同步方案可以有效的实现两路视频同步操作
