Advance Ship Notices (ASN) are required for all shipments to L.L.Bean warehouses. The preferred method of transmission is through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). An ASN approved template sent through e-mail will be accepted until EDI Transactions can be established.

The Advance Ship Notice (ASN) is a record, by case, of the goods leaving your facility. It must be sent immediately following when the goods are turned over* to ensure timely and accurate shipment information.
