(5) Based upon the purpose of Article I supra, Party B agrees to authorize Party A exclusively to use, in any way throughout the world and free of charge, all lyrics, music, sound recordings, and other creations which Party B owns and/or enjoys related copyrights during the Term. Except that the exclusive license management and utilization of the songs and music works is stipulated in this Contract, the two Parties has separately signed the Recording Collaboration Contract for the distribution of various types of audio-visual products/albums/singles/MVs.
