If Products present defects (including, but not limited to deviations from Specifica-tions), MyStromer shall have the right to demand a prompt replacement or, alterna-tively, the reimbursement of the purchase price for the defective Products. These remedies shall be without prejudice to myStromer’s right to demand damages and to terminate this Agreement for cause in the event of repeated quality issues or supplies of defective Products.
