It’s payroll week once again and we’d like to send a gentle reminder on the coverage of our next payout. Please see below:
• 20th payout
o Includes basic salary and adjustments (ND, OT, holiday premium) from 1st to 10th of the current month. Deduction will be applied if the employee was late/on leave without pay during these days
o Includes basic salary and forecasted ND from 11th to 15th of the current month. This will be based on the pre-plotted schedule in NICE/IEX. Any adjustments (OT, lateness, leave without pay) incurred during these days will be applied the following cut-off.
All approved overtime hours must be reflected on NICE/IEX. Please submit all payroll-related forms (i.e. leave application, schedules, etc.) to HR on or before November 11.
