Service providers with unacceptable service environments:
This is a hotel at Hà Giang province, the hotel name is Hương Trà.
The features in their design make it bad:
- The hotel is not balcony
- Front office area is a little lights and not design furnished
- Everything of the room not update and lack of light, dusty and dirty smelly. The wall is broken by the host of hotel use wallpaper.
- The bathroom is broken glass pane and dirty.
- Area the entertainment is much dusty.

If I have service at those places, I will expectation like:
- Firstly, I expectation tidy up and cleanliness
- Secondly, everything should be new update
- Finally, the department is adequate lit-up

Following feedbacks popular of the customers about that place:
- Many people unsatisfied about the room are dusty and dirty, especial is bathroom
- Air in the room uncomfortable and dark
- Some opinion talk about glass windows is old and decor seem not updated.
