【使用方法】
取硅化剂 Wds-10 1份,加入100～200份石油醚(60～90℃沸程)（浓度为0.5～1.0%）,充分搅拌混匀。
将混合好的溶液喷入试管中,使试管内壁均匀沾附一层上述溶液.或者将试管浸泡在上述溶液中,短暂停留即可取出。
玻璃试管管口朝下沥干溶液, 常温下放置2～4小时固化,待管壁干燥和石油醚挥发完全后即可添加其它试剂，或者在高温90℃下烘干亦可。
塑料试管在常温下放置2～4小时固化，在固化完全后再添加其它试剂，特别是试剂为水溶液时必须待其完全固化和石油醚完全挥发后方可加入。
【特殊储存条件和方法】Wds-10为常温常压下避光、防水密封保存。建议在0～15℃下储存, 配制好的硅
液应密封、防水保存。
【有效期限】五年（以生产日期为准）。
【注意事项】
1.wds--10为高分子有机硅材料，遇水即水解并呈胶状。试管硅化及配制溶液时必须保持试管、容器和量具干燥洁净。
2.本产品主要用于玻璃或塑料表面的硅化处理。鉴于各个企业产品、技术和环境的差异,建议在批量使用本产品前应该首先进行小批量试验。
