Agent composition and ratio, different ratios will lead to different hardening speeds and exothermic temperatures. After calculating the weight of the resin, multiply by the ratio of catalyst and hardener. Here we choose catalyst 0.005 (g) and hardener 0.01 (g). This ratio The hardening time is about 30 minutes. Add the catalyst first, stir well, and then add the hardener, and stir well to avoid explosion. After stirring, immerse FBG in the resin, connect the FBG to the spectrum analyzer and light source, and then connect to the computer. The temperature sensor is also connected to the computer, and the temperature and spectrometer can be recorded at the same time through the computer.
