Only if you configured a KUKA External Axis (KL):
You have to check if the settings you made with the KL Configuration tool are all right. This step is called: “Check the transformation”.
1. Change the coordinate system for robot movements to “world”
2. Change from “robot movement” to “KL movement”
3. Move now the “E1 Axis (KL)”, now the “Flange” of the robot should not move.
It must stand still at the position where it is, only the robot and the KL are moving.
If the “Flange” is moving, the settings are NOT correct
(Look again for KL configuration).
