as per our phone call I am unable to talk to the factory to ask for a extension on Cooper coming to Melbourne as I have made so many promises which have not been honoured

So for me to try and get them to agree to hold the allocation of formula I need to prove to them cooper will honour the contract I need the following

1 a final agreed and signed contract with the first 3 months order
this has to be a min of 2 containers to cover the min run of cans
which is 11.000 tins per stage

2 a LC to cover the first 3 months order as per the agreed contract
Cooper signed with the confirmed pricing and LC conditions as agreed by
both parties

3 Cooper is to give me his word he will not apply for trademark
transfer until he has agreed to 1 & 2

also I would like to add if he cannot see the reasons for the above
it will not go well for the future

If he needs to add conditions such as after CIQ label review
or a visit to the factory early Jan 2016 I have no Problem.
