Confidential Information means any

Confidential Information means any information and data provided to Recipient by Owner hereunder, including but not limited to, marketing, sales, financial, operating, performance, cost, business and process information and other Technical Information disclosed pursuant to this Agreement. Confidential Information expressly includes all personal information described in Section 3 below. Technical Information includes without limitation any product information and product plans, drawings, specifications, schematics, samples, models or prototypes, software, algorithms, know-how, inventions or parts thereof. Confidential Information may be designated as confidential, disclosed in circumstances of confidence, or is such that it would be understood by the Parties, exercising reasonable business judgment, to be confidential. Confidential Information may be disclosed or submitted, orally, in writing, or by any other media. Confidential Information may also include information that is Confidential Information of a third party.
