Neither party will publicize the existence of discussions between the parties or the terms of this Confidentiality Agreement without express written permission from the other.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof; may not be altered except by an agreement in writing signed by the parties; and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China
