Hi Asus team. I just bought E551ML

Hi Asus team. I just bought E551ML yesterday. Just fyi 1.8Ghz 4GB RAM and
32GB storage. I have 2 main problems.
1)i can take pictures, n view them thru the camera app. But when i open
Gallery, and tap on a picture, it says "unfortunately Gallery has stopped".
Tried again many times but still the same notification.
2) i also installed whatsapp, telegram, fb and fb messenger. Every once in
a while, there will be a window pop up "whatsapp is trying to read/write
contacts". I checked the "do not show this again" and tap on allow. It
still happened all the time. I tried tapping on the deny button,checked the
box again, still it appears again n again. It is really annoying because i
have to shutdown ny phone( if im quick enough to tap on the shutdown
button, that is) hoping that the problem will disappear. Once i turned the
device on, 2-3 minutes it will appear again! Fyi the window popped up
frequently and would appear non stop so i cant really do anything unless i
shutdown.

What should i do? I am afraid to update the Gallery app , thinking it will
worsen the problem. Please come up with a solution. Please.
