Because of the implemented fall back alternative using generic UI components that adapt the data structure of the Web service operation, we get also dynamic adapted UI components providing an input field and furthermore a table, which shows the received list including geographic coordinates. It is evident that the generic adjusted UI components have several disadvantages. The presentation of the geographic coordinates in a table instead of a map is not very user-friendly. However, it enables the interaction with the Web service operation. Another disadvantage of generic UI components is the dynamic specification of the identifiers (e.g. labels of the input fields or table columns) based on the parameter names of the Web service interface description. However, this problem can be solved with the concept of annotations that is used within dynamic generation approaches to provide more user-friendly UIs.
