Comparing the incidence of patient

Comparing the incidence of patient safety accidents in the recent three years, we found that the occurrence of abnormal events in hospitals and various medical treatment, medical technology and nursing units improved year after year after implementing personnel management, improving the environment for medical treatment, education and training, safety concept and shift scheduling. As for falling accidents, why are they still not effectively reduced? We speculate that high turnover rate of nursing staff, delayed replacement of the urgent, the patient's own consciousness, or the patient's physical strength and other problems may be the cause of the accident.

患者安全事故的發生率在近三年來比較，我們發現，在醫院和各種醫療，醫技，護理單位異常事件的發生，實現人事管理，改善就醫環境，教育後一年後有所改善年和培訓，安全理念和排班。至於落下事故，為什麼他們仍然沒有有效降低？我們推測護理人員的高流失率，延遲更換迫切的，患者自身的意識，或病人的體力和其它問題可能是事故發生的原因。
