Section 7: Supply Delivery Terms
7.1 Description of Goods: WEC Building components
- Shipment from : Any Vietnam port
- Shipment to : Delivery to common carrier for shipment to Yangon Port
- Partial Shipment : Allowed
- Transshipment : Allowed
- Packing : in pieces / bundles / boxes / pallets stuffed into containers.
- Shipping marks : WEC – ( CRECIMIENTO INDUSTRIAL CO.,LTD.)
( CRMTO FACTORY )
7.1 When WEC meets Force Majeure causing a delay in delivery, the delivery time shall
be extended automatically by the period of delay caused by the Force Majeure
7.2 WEC shall advise the Customer by Fax, mail or courier particulars of each
consignment within [5] working days after shipment of materials.
7.3 The Customer is responsible for accurately checking the materials upon delivery and
acknowledging such delivery and stating damages / shortages, if any.
7.4 Care, storage and protection of the materials at the site is the responsibility of customer
or his contractor.
7.5 Should delivery of materials be delayed due to reasons relating to the customer, this
should not affect the payment terms of the contract that are related to delivery date.
Therefore, delivery is deemed to have occurred on the date WEC informs the customer
that the materials are ready for shipment.

7.1 WEC时遇到不可抗力造成延迟交货，交货时间应

7.2 WEC应告知客户由每个传真，邮寄或快递详情
材料装运后的[5]个工作日内发货。
7.3客户负责在交付时准确地检查材料和
承认这样的交付和陈述赔偿/短缺，如果有的话，
7.4关怀，存储和保护在现场的材料是客户的责任
或他的承包商。
7.5若交付的材料被延迟，由于涉及到客户的原因，这
应该不会影响支付与相关的交货日期的合同条款。
因此，交付被视为已经发生的日期WEC通知客户
的料都准备好装运。
