本文通过对绩效管理相关理论的深入研究，进一步了解了游虎网络绩效管理的现状，查找游虎网络在绩效管理中存在的缺陷和不足，并运用人力资源管理、管理学、心理学、绩效管理等学科的知识，对游虎网络的绩效管理进行了分析和设计，建立比较具有针对性的绩效管理体系，弥补了游虎网络绩效管理的缺陷，着重体现程序公平，创新地把人性化管理沟通应用到绩效管理中，起到了激励员工行为、提供员工主动性的重要目的，为进一步明确公司在财务管理、人事管理方面提供了重要的参考数据和管理依据。
本文的创新点在于针对网络游戏公司的特点进行了绩效管理的设计，注重日常工作的数据量化，更注重人性化管理，调动员工的积极性，使员工的绩效评价结果作为企业长期的管理依据，促进企业快速健康发展。
