For acupuncture, manipulate the needles every 5 minutes. After taking needles, use moxibustion in these points for gent acupuncture for 20 minutes
For massage of athletes, systemic relaxation was used. The way of pinching, rolling and lifting was used to carry out the body massage of the athlete's head, shoulders and neck, waist back, limbs, soles and other parts. Players only needed to relax, and paid attention to change the position in the massage process, with massage to convert between sitting and supine and prone position. At the end, the acupoints of Huantiao, Kunlun, Quchi and Weizhong of the athletes were pressed.
The control group: After receiving the same training intensity as the experimental group, the control group also relaxed and rested for 30 minutes, then kept the same supine position with the experimental group (Yan Xing Ke, et al. 2013) [14]. Unlike the experimental group, the control group was no longer receiving any intervention measures, with 60 minutes of natural recovery, and the control group members should pay attention to stay awake in this process.
