The third dimension of the service quality is called outcome quality. This dimension focuses on the outcome of the service act and indicates what the conceptions of quality. In general, recreational sport users usually expect benefits when they participate in sport programs such as improved physical fitness, skill mastery,thrill, enjoyment, and social interaction (Chelladurai. 1998; Deighton, 1992; McDonald, Milne.& Hong, 2002; Milne & McDonald, 1999). For example, within the context of recreational sport, an increased fitness level and/or an increased performance/skill level refer to 'physical change* in the model: this is considered to be post-consumption tangible evidence (Brady &Cronin, 2001).
