1) Fill in the work sheet "Title Page" in all grey fields.
2) Into the "Title page", select with a flag the scope for which you are performing the Process audit:
- Steady Process
- New Supplier
- Start up Process
3) Click on the button related to the scope of the Process Audit:
you will redirect to the check list with the questions to be assess for the specific scope.
4) Select with a flag the Section / Chapter to be assessed during the Process audit.
5) Valuate each question of the choosen Section / Chapter, by selecting the right score.
6) Click on the button "CALCULATE FINAL RESULT" to get the final score.
Note (1): in the event of negative BINDING question, it will appear the signal of the valuated Section in red and the following message:
