Salve Ho ricevuto il lettore, ma é malfunzionante, perché non si carica.
Se viene collegato al computer tramite usb si accende e viene riconosciuto ma una volta scollegato si spende e non riaccende piú. É stato un in carica oltre 10 ore sia da pc che da carica batterie esterno 12v 1a ma nulla.
Come possiamo risolvere il problema?
