Is it possible to make MiniMovie ap

Is it possible to make MiniMovie app removed from pre-installed apps or at least make is possible to disable it with no memory usage. This app is rather big and not so many people use it. Even on Google Play Store there are comments about MiniMovie as large and useless app. I'm sure many users would be happy, and of course nothing will prevent the others to use this app if they want after downloading from Google Play.
