If BARTEC finds a fault in the supp

If BARTEC finds a fault in the supplied product, a notification of defect will be sent with a demand for an immediate screening and rejection and/or replacement by Winmate. Remedial measures must be specified in writing immediately by Winmate. The follow-up delivery shall be marked free of defects with a reference to the notification of defect.
