本课题主要研究绵马贯众，在DNA分子水平上基于psbA-trnH及rbcL序列，对绵马贯众进行DNA分子鉴定，并在实验中积累大量的蕨类植物psbA-trnH及rbcL序列，为相关研究提供更多的参考依据（参考序列）；在代谢标识物水平上对绵马贯众药材的间苯三酚类成分含量进行测定研究。即基于双分子鉴定水平对绵马贯众进行研究，以期为绵马贯众药材的真伪鉴定与质量评价提供一定的科学依据。

This paper mainly studies the psbA-trnH based on rbcL and Dryopteris crassirhizoma, sequence at DNA molecular level, DNA molecular identification of Dryopteris crassirhizoma, ferns and psbA-trnH and the accumulation of a large number of rbcL sequences in the experiment, provide more reference for related research (reference sequence); of Dryopteris crassirhizoma of benzene three phenol content in the metabolic marker level determination. The level of the two molecules based on the Dryopteris crassirhizoma research, in order to provide a scientific basis for identification and quality evaluation of Dryopteris crassirhizoma.
