ob Responsibilities:
Setting up quality and food safety management system in the area, continuously improve it for well controlling and prevention of Q&FS risks;
Enhance the awareness and execution of associates to improve the Q&FS performance, through well designed standardization/trainingerification programs;
Drive the handling of process/product nonconformity issues, and support on high quality corrective and preventive actions;
Involve in new projects as QA role to provide effective input (risk assessment, cleaning program, HACCP, etc.);
Provide trainings to production associates in terms of Q&FS functional knowledge, to improve competencies of associates
