Dr. Oz Natural Teeth Whitener - Using this all natural teeth whitener I have seen great results!
I found this Dr. Oz Teeth Whitener recipe and decided to give it a try. It said to take 1/4 cup of baking soda and mix it with the juice of 1/2 lemon and then apply it to your teeth with a q-tip. Leave on your teeth for 1 minute then brush. This amount was more than enough for both my husband and I to use. In the future I would actually reduce it to 2 TBSP baking soda with enough juice to make it a consistency to apply.
You will keep the whitener on your teeth for 1 full minute and then brush. I did notice an immediate difference. Longer term using this all natural teeth whitener I have seen great results! If you are a coffee or tea drinker it will take several applications before you notice a difference. I spoke to my dentist and you shouldn’t do this method too often as it may irritate your gums and remove the enamel on your teeth because of the acid in the lemon. If it does irritate then you should try 1 day on and 1 day off or even every 3 days. I love that this is a natural teeth whitener however I am not certain it is for everyone. Using 1 time a week to maintain is also a good idea.

Many readers have discussed that this may cause enamel to be removed. I am not giving medical advise on that but in my opinion all things in moderation are OK.
