It is well known that any problem associated with modeling of
processes, when the object of study is subjected to significant
deformation, is accompanied by strong element distortion which
in turn reduces the simulation precision. To conveniently handle
this problem, the remeshing is automatically calculated when element
distortion becomes excessive and the volume compensation
is also considered during the forming process. In addition, in order
to ensure continuity of contact as nodal forces transfer from one
element to the next and to reduce severe mesh deformation, a very
small and appropriate time step of 0.025 s/step is chosen after several
trials.
