ITE realizes that to achieve our company vision of becoming “A leadind professional EPC contractor in ASEAN” we must provide value-added services to our clients through services that meet their precise requirements with effective application of quality management system; including the continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to their requirements, according to Scope of ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System. ITE has implemented the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System (QMS) since the beginning of 2007. It was granted ISO9001:2000 certification by Moody International (Intertek)/UKAS since February 20th, 2008 and on March 2nd, 2011, It was upgraded to ISO9001:2008 with the following certified scopes:
● Design, installation and maintenance for utility systems for high-rise buildings.
● Maintenance and testing for service stations and factories.
● Design, construction, installation and maintenance for factories and utility plants.
Our QMS includes the series of controlled documents; such as Quality Policy, Quality Manual(QM), Quality Procedure(QP), Work Instructions(WI), standard forms, and guidelines, which focus on seven key performance objectives:
● To ensure that all works are correct and complete with least defect.
● To complete all projects on or ahead of schedule.
● To complete all projects in or below budget.
● To satisfy customer expectations.
● To provide safety work with least accident.
● To continue personnel development
● To keep track of all quality data to find the opportunities to enhance the QMS
Each division and project of ITE shall be regularly monitored by Company's Management Team for its keys performance in Management Review Meetings at monthly, quarterly and half yearly. The management team is responsible for developing and monitoring corporate standards, and seeking opportunities for improvement, new technology, and best practices; to develop the company to be the leader in industry.
The Quality Manual (QM) is a key document that links the procedures and “how ITE does business on a daily basis” with the requirements of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The ITE’s STRUCTURE OF PROJECT QUALITY DOCUMENT is shown after.
At the beginning of projects, ITE will customize the project execution process by setting up the Project Quality Plan (PQP) which includes all the quality procedures, form, work instruction, other supporting documents, and key performance indicators (KPIs) or benchmarks, to measure and evaluate the project’s performance.
In Project Quality Plan (PQP), the procedures, forms, etc. may be a series of mandatory procedures that apply to all projects or may be the clients’ own sets of standards. Our PQP has the flexibility to adapt a “fit-for-purpose” approach. This allows the projects to support client requirements while still meeting the minimum requirement of ITE’s quality system according to ISO9001:2008.
