Each teacher was asked to formulate what he or she did, what happened and how pupils responded. The other team members were given an opportunity to comment or ask questions. Following this exchange of experiences, the teachers extensively discussed their ideas for integrating S&T education in the existing curriculum and how this could be aligned with their educational views. To obtain a more comprehensive understanding of the collaboration in this team, it is interesting to analyse the dialogue in the team’s meetings in greater detail. The next section further illustrates the development in the team’s dialogue about a new curriculum, with an explicit focus on the function of exchanging classroom experiences and discussing educational goals and ideas.
