1. The payment request file is attached. I am unsure why this did not go through, as the attachment shows as sent in my e-mail.
2. The receipt for the Burbank parking was not attached. It seems I failed to scan the receipt. I am traveling through Friday and will resend to you Friday evening when I am at my office and have access to the hard copy receipt.
3. Attached are copies of the boarding passes to Minneapolis and first the first night in Minneapolis confirmation letter. Please note I was already reimbursed for both of these in October. I do not have electronic copies of the boarding passes for the flight back from Minneapolis with me. It seems I already deleted these from my phone. I will continue to look for this if needed and will contact United Airlines if needed.
