si rthe model is asus zenfone 2 (asus_zooad ze551ml) Serial number is :f5azfg19u983.i am using the default video player (gallery ). While playing the lower resolution video there is no issue. Before the handset was updated last week, it used to play the 1080p video both in landscape and portrait form. But now after the update the video starts and suddenly turns blank, if we touch the screen then it will show the video for a moment and again it will turn blank. It seems that the screen goes into sleep mode while playing the HD videos. I was playing the same video clips before the trouble started and the same video after the problems.
