5.1 Members referred to ‘Duties Allocation’ for the allocation of level coordinators.
5.2 Level coordinators were advised to keep a close contact with the discipline team, class teachers, subject teachers and social worker. It is emphasized that the early identification of students in need of help and adopt timely follow-up actions are important. Cases should be reported to Guidance Master so that records can be kept and/or follow up action can be arranged.
5.3 Guidance Teachers Sharing Sessions would be held three times per school term.
5.4 Class teacher meeting of each level would be held twice per school term.
