I got in touch with the US facility this morning. This note is to get the information that is needed by the Pourtier France facility to assist you with the elevator issue. Please get the serial number of the machine.
If possible take a couple of pictures of the elevator to show the twist in it and send to Gauder.

A description of the issue is as follows.
1. The elevator is not a Pourtier elevator. They had it built by another company for use in Tianjin.
2. When the elevator is raised to set the reel on it, it comes up on an angle. This makes it hard to drop the reel. The platform seems to be twisted. It comes up and as it raises, it twists having the one side lower than the other.
