For comparison purposes that others may find useful I am 5`9 1/2" tall and weigh 200 lbs and the fit for me is tailor made. Sleeves the right length, chest ideal with enough room for an extra layer (if you need it) and hands just drop in naturally into the big pockets. Blanket lined body with tasteful horizontal patterning, sleeves polyester padding so your arms slip in easily,inside pocket takes a big wallet, if you have one, Velcro closure and easily accessible outer chest pocket for glasses and pens etc.

Material is interesting - canvas domby weave which I believe is more resistant to creasing and adds texture to the fabric. Lots of neat touches - a well thought out jacket.

I spotted this jacket from the UK and I know it is a work jacket in the US but is too well designed for just that purpose alone I wear it for social occasions too.

As soon as I tried it on it felt just right - BUY ONE !
