The industrial, HR, and scientific potential of the Voronezh Region allows the implementation of large-scale investment projects in the spheres of machine-building production (including heavy forging machinery, agricultural machinery, oil and gas equipment), production of electric equipment and electronics, modern agricultural production; processing of various types of agro- products; development of the Region’s mineral resources base.
Apart from the regional legislation in investment activities regulation and the favourable geographical location, the advantageous investment climate in the Voronezh Region is supported by the availability of:
- well-developed transportation infrastructure (all types of ground and air transport);
- basic types of business infrastructure (warehouses, customs terminals, trading and business centers, banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions);
- vacant production facilities and land plots complete with engineering and transportation infrastructure;
- complete and effectively functioning regional Government investor support system and investment project monitoring system for the projects implemented in the Region.
In case an investor decides to implement their investment project in the Region, the Voronezh Region Government is ready to provide all-round support to newly established enterprises.
The Voronezh Region Industrial Parks
As of today, three specialized industrial parks have been established in the Voronezh Region:
- “Maslovsky” (industrial production);
- “Semiluksko- Khokholsky” (construction industry);
- “Bobrovsky” (food and food-processing industry);
2 of the 3 industrial parks are located in the direct proximity to the Voronezh City, providing an easy commute for the employees: the Semiluksko- Khokholsky Park in the West is10 km away from the City of Voronezh, and the Maslovsky Park in the South is within the city borders. The Bobrovsky Industrial Park is located at the distance of 100 km from the Region’s center, and its location is determined by its agricultural specialization and its proximity to all resources necessary for the establishment of a wide range of processing production units as well as the convenience of logistics.

Area of the land plot:
The 1st stage – 350 hectares (regional ownership of land), possibility to increase up to 2000 hectares.
Infrastructure:
The main line of South-East railway and the motorway “Voronezh-Novovoronezh” pass along the territory of the industrial park. The cargo railway station of Maslovka is in close vicinity to the park. The plot is connected to the highway “M4-Don” by a motorway (16km). Functional systems of technical water supply are available on the plot. Already available: connection to power systems of sufficient capacity for the production of any level of power-intensity.Currently, the works on the construction of additional infrastructure are in progress

The Semiluksko-Khokholsky Industrial Park
Specialization:
Construction materials production.
Area of the land plot:
1930 hectares. The land plots are of regional, municipal, and private ownership.
Infrastructure:
The Voronezh-Kursk-Belgorod Railway line and the А144 federal highway (the Ukraine-Kursk-Voronezh-Borisoglebsk-Saratov) run along the land plot. The R-194 Highway (the Northern Caucasus – Center) runs along the eastern border of the industrial park territory. A railway branch goes directly through the industrial park territory.
The industrial park borders with deposits of glass sands, limestone and fireclay, cement raw materials.

The Bobrovsky Industrial Park
Specialization:
Food and food-processing industry
Area of the land plot:
Includes 2 land plots with the total area of 1031 hectares.
Area of the plot in the vicinity of the town of Bobrov – 491 hectares.
Area of the plot in the vicinity of the village of Khrenovoye – 540 hectares.
Municipal ownership of the land plots.
Infrastructure:
The entire necessary infrastructure has been constructed up to the plots borderlines. A 35-220 kV electric power line and the Lisky-Bobrov gas main line are located within the borders of the western land plot. In the West, the land plot has the M-4 Don Highway (3 km) in direct proximity; the Bitjug Railway Station is located to the south of the land plot.
A 110 kV high-voltage power line and the Bobrov-Khrenovoye gas main line are located within the borders of the eastern land plot. In the East the land plot borders with M4-Don-Bobrov-Talovaya-Novokhopersk Motor-Road. An access railway branch leads to the land plot.
