A product’s stages of development are referred to as the Product Life Cycle (PLC). The PLC varies and changes according to launching a new product that gives the same and better benefit of the main product. And the PLC also depends on several other factors.There are five stages the product passes through its life cycle: Development Stage, Introduction Stage, Growth Stage, Maturity Stage and Decline Stage. In each of them, producer will apply different operations and strategies in response to the changes of limitation of resources within the enterprise, changes of outer environment, changes of competitive products, and changes of customer’s need.
