The example of my investigation of private company in this paper, the “Link” is a public sector in Hong Kong, and has very close relationship with the public society. I hope to through this report to reflect the usage of accounting tools and effects on this example company, especially focus on the period after the privatization of public institutions. For further discussion that the successful of business after the privatization of public institutions, is it a good or bad thing to Hong Kong citizens.
