5.9 Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC)Contractor will be issued by the COMPANY a Final Acceptance Certificate in respect of that Portion or the whole of the Facilities, as appropriate when the provisions of Final Acceptance for a Portion or the whole of the Facilities, and all the Contractors obligations under the Contract have been satisfactorily performed, a Performance Acceptance Certificate has been issued and all notified defects have been remedied in accordance with the Contract.5.10 As-Built DocumentationContractor will maintain at site a master set of plans and drawings upon which all changes made at site shall be clearly marked in red (“red-lined drawings”).
