5.9 Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC)Contractor will be issued by the COMPANY a Final Acceptance Certificate in respect of that Portion or the whole of the Facilities, as appropriate when the provisions of Final Acceptance for a Portion or the whole of the Facilities, and all the Contractors obligations under the Contract have been satisfactorily performed, a Performance Acceptance Certificate has been issued and all notified defects have been remedied in accordance with the Contract.5.10 As-Built DocumentationContractor will maintain at site a master set of plans and drawings upon which all changes made at site shall be clearly marked in red (“red-lined drawings”). Contractor will make such red-lined drawings available for inspection by COMPANY at all times.Contractor will prepare and submit for COMPANY approval a red-line and as-built procedure detailing the method and scope of preparation, and control and measurement of changes.Contractor will, at the end of the Project, prepare and issue to COMPANY for approval, a full set of drawings and other documents amended to show the final “as-built” status of the plant.A detailed plan covering Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Star-up and Handover of the facilities will be prepared and issued to COMPANY on award of Contract.
