Gorgeous as new condition on 5.5" p

Gorgeous as new condition on 5.5" pen. Nib marked 18c 750 F. Have no idea how this fills. May have seen ink but there is no indication of it. Please see our large pen collection we have partially listed now but we will continue to list as the week goes by. Incl cartier and other great names.
This pen is GREEN striped and not blue as some of the pics portray.
