1. Press S1 and 8, then press1 and enter 500 cycles, then press enter.
2. Set Maximum extension to 5-inch cycle, press enter.
3. Set Minimum extension to 0.5-inch cycle, press enter.
4. Set Min/Max load to off.
5. Set break button to cycle.
6. Change speed to 20 inches/min.
7. Press arrow to Start.
