“Contract” means the sale and purchase contract of the Apartment, which is signed between Party A or legal entity of Party A and Party B after Party B registers to choose for purchasing the Apartment successfully in accordance with this Agreement, has a form as the attached one at Appendix 2 as amended, supplemented according to requirements of law and/or competent Government Authority from time to time.
