REPORTS TO: Accounting Manager
Major Responsibilities:
· Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions
· Monitors and reviews accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
· Prepares tax declaration form and other reports required by governments.
· Resolves accounting discrepancies.
· Manages fixed assets.
· Recommends, develops and maintains financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
· Supervises the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's accounting systems.
· Interacts with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
Requirements & Capabilities:
·Tertiary educated in finance or accounting
·3- 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
·Fluent in English and Chinese.
·Must be a good team player, pleasant, detail oriented and self motivated.
·Good communication skills.
·Hands on computer knowledge of MS Office and accounting software.
