2. Practice bio-analytical technique, assay development, histology and methodology
3. Be able to write grant proposals
4. Anticipate to Product Planning team’s request and respond by develop new innovative options using EN’s core products/processes.
5. Work with Product Planning team to drive incremental growth and to ensure quality standard and improvement of products.
6. Develop new technologies and products based on extensions of existing technologies and products
7. Be sure issues are handled correctly and within time frame
8. Provide technical input to ensure completion of company objectives
9. Effectively and accurately documenting experiments/tests in details
